Nightblade, Siphoning Strikes question.

So if you play a nightblade you probably know about the siphoning passive transfer, but if you don't, it causes your siphoning attacks to return 2 ultimate, now I'm wondering, if I have siphoning strikes/attacks/leeching strikes on my bar, do my light and heavy attacks or active skills count as siphoning abilities and will return ultimate when used? Or no?
