Has anybody found the Envoy of the Draoife upgrade clue?

Assuming this comes from the ToT rewards but I haven't gotten it yet. Anybody found this or is that one of the card upgrades from clicking the patron 100 times or something random?

    I'm not able to confirm at the moment, however I seem to remember that you earn that card by beating Braigh (?) in Shimmertarn.

    You're welcome! Enjoy this seriously OP deck. It might not generate draws like the Crow deck, but it will generate a boatload of gold quickly with the right cards!

    Seems really overpowered against npcs but pretty easy to deny vs players.
