Crafting material usage bug

When a character has the same crafting materials both in the inventory and in the crafting bag, then crafting an item uses the materials from the crafting bag and not from the character inventory.

If your ESO Plus has lapsed, I believe that is how it's intended to work and not a bug; it uses crafting bag first and then inventory when crafting.
