Strange Chest to Crow's Wood is acting... well... strange

Click it, kick it or stab it, the chest won't open and no portal to Crow's Wood would show. But then after about 2 minutes... boom... portal. Strange Chest indeed!

Some can open it some can't, if you're near when someone else opens it you can use the portal1 -

Belhawk1✭✭I am having the same problem and can't enter the area. I went to blackwood and came back, and I also tried removing my companion, but I still couldn't enter. I thought there were papers and a book to read before entering and they are missing, but it has been a while since i did this public dungeon, so maybe it got removed.0

✭✭So I tested a bit and in at least one case unsummoning the companion allowed me to enter. With another toon, that made no difference.
Over the last few days I have seen a growing number of complaints about this in zone chat.
