Access Code emails not sending (fixed - I think)

Hi,

I've just downloaded the PTS server but it's asking me for a new access code. Unfortunately I haven't received any emails containing one. It also gives a 24 hour countdown before I can request a new one.

Is something broken on your end?

Never mind. I tried again to sign in on the off chance of the email firing and have been successful this time.

This is happening to me, I have waited all evening yesterday and now all night, tried again this morning and this afternoon and STILL zero access code, I cannot log in. I cannot even change my email address because that requires a damn access code too, and I have not received that either, surprise surprise.

Had no choice but to make a ticket, now i need to wait who knows how long for a reply.

It's not fixed.
Some of my accounts I get access codes right away.
On 2 of them I've NEVER received an access code, after days of trying. For one, I resorted to creating a new email account, getting support to change the email on the account, and that worked. I don't want to do that again, hoping the other one eventually works in a day or so.

Issue is why suddenly does every single account say its a new IP or device? And why 24 hours later, after getting a code and being able to log in, is it saying it AGAIN? That's the real problem and that's on ZoS, it's their system not seeing devices and IPs even after authorization.
