There's not been problems with PC NA, only PC EU. Sure you haven't been on vacation for 8 years?

What exactly are you expecting in terms of "things"? The things they said they fixed seem to have been fixed, as far as I can tell. The things they haven't said would be fixed aren't fixed.

I'd be interested to know if any of the stated fixes aren't working, but it also seems that quite a few people assumed things would be getting fixed this patch that ZOS never said would be (encounter logs, block bugs, leads, etc.). We'll have to wait longer for those.

Well...the block issue (although I think that was hotfixed)...the addon issue..things of that sort.

They did not fix the block bug yet. Allegedly it will be fixed with the next incremental patch on the 28th.

The only things that were hotfixed were the DK exploit, the endless Cyrodiil siege, and certain crashes related to rollbacks.

The crashes related to the NodeDetection library and certain minimaps were fixed with this patch. People are now running those without issue.

The crashes related to encounter logs and the block bug issues were neither supposed to be fixed this week nor were they.

I disagree with this statement. These issues were never supposed to exist, and therefore leaving them unfixed is not supposed to happen. Nothing is working as intended here.

Several core aspects of the game being broken for over two weeks is inexcusable. And I think players had every right to assume these would be fixed in the earliest incremental.

This belief was strengthened when Rich said "There is an incremental patch scheduled on Monday, November 14th for PC. This incremental has a number of important fixes in it, including the last of the known major crashes affecting PC."

Does he not know about the encounter log crashes? They are very much affecting PC.

Assumptions like that should have been corrected after Gina said explicitly that the block bugs would not get fixed this week. Ergo they were not - according to ZOS - expected or supposed to get fixed this week. You can argue about how they never should have existed or should have been fixed sooner, and I’d agree, but that doesn’t negate the fact that we were very, very clearly told over four days ago that said fixes were not coming this week:

And yes, Rich’s comment indicates that ZOS does not consider the encounter logs issue to be a “major” source of crashes. But I didn’t expect that in light of his history of previous comments towards the community and especially endgame PvE players. It’s disappointing, to be sure, but not unexpected.

Block is still broken. I think the only significant thing they fixed was the crashing. Logs are still broken.

The good news is these have now all been fixed internally, though there wasn't enough time to get them into Monday's patch. We recognize this news is frustrating but please trust we will get this fix out as soon as we can.
So the block bug is fixed internally and will come out ASAP.

    https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/621925/update-36-console-launch-fixed-known-issues
Below are items that we expect to be an issue on console with today’s update and should be fixed in the next incremental patch:
    • Block being interrupted by dodge rolling or bashing
    • 3 unobtainable Antiquity Leads, including:
Frog Metal Buckle (only at Blacksmithing Rank 10)
      Storm-Weathered Drafting Top
      True Way Clay Dials
    • Game crash associated with hiding followers
Which means the block bug will be fixed in the next console incremental, which implies it will be in the next PC incremental as well.

    https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/530103/changes-to-pc-incremental-patch-cadence#latest
subsequent incremental patches will occur every other week. If an emergency arises, we’ll of course work with Stadia to get a patch published ASAP. So in general, PC incrementals will now occur bi-weekly, but if needed, we can update quickly.
Which means the next incremental will come out two weeks from the 14th, or the 28th, unless ZOS can work with Stadia to release an earlier patch.

So, the block bug will be fixed in the patch which will come out on the 28th, at the latest. QED
