Power Stone and Werewolves/Vamps

Posting here, as it seems it gets way more traffic than the other boards. I am thinking of putting points into Power Stone passive because it's supposed to reduce the cost of ultimates by 8%. Does this also work for the Werewolf and Vampire ultimates? Has anyone tried it? Has it worked for them?

✭✭✭✭✭If it reduces the cost of an ultimate ability, then it reduces the cost of all ultimate abilities. Vampire and Werewolf ultimate abilities are ultimate abilities. Therefore, it reduces their cost.----

Rofaka✭✭✭Power Stone is so worth it, you'll get so many points you won't know where to put em! So take it, it's a really good one! I try to get all the passives I can as well ^^0
