Power Stone and Werewolves/Vamps

Posting here, as it seems it gets way more traffic than the other boards. I am thinking of putting points into Power Stone passive because it's supposed to reduce the cost of ultimates by 8%. Does this also work for the Werewolf and Vampire ultimates? Has anyone tried it? Has it worked for them?

If it reduces the cost of an ultimate ability, then it reduces the cost of all ultimate abilities. Vampire and Werewolf ultimate abilities are ultimate abilities. Therefore, it reduces their cost.

Power Stone is so worth it, you'll get so many points you won't know where to put em! So take it, it's a really good one! I try to get all the passives I can as well ^^
