Nothing about the outfit looks remotely like it fits either of those themes, and even the belt showcases a Breton symbol.
Seems more like it's a leftover asset from High Isle that was just named "Saarthal" and slotted into a Skyrim-based event.
I know it's going to appeal to some regardless, but for someone who was hoping for a Nord/Skyrim/Northern themed outfit to fit the event, it's very disappointing and comes off as cheap.

✭I love these events - they encourage an expansion of the player base and they make the target zone properly busy, which is awesome.
Plus I love me some loot.....
I agree there should be new reasons for vet players to participate in each repeating event. Not just new style pages but new quests or variations on a theme to try. Yes. The dates are in that post and New Life does normally give 3 tickets per day. It's usually longer and more generous than other events because a lot of people are away in December or busy with other things so they're likely to miss at least part of the event.
Assuming those dates are accurate I should be able to play the first week, which is fortunately enough to get the tickets I'll want.
The dates have to be accurate if the are part of the official rules for the sweepstakes. Otherwise.... legal troubles.0 -

✭✭I honestly loved the Greymoor content, though I'm definitely a critic of some of the writing. I liked the zones, the deep dive into Reach culture, Blackreach, and I absolutely loved Count Ravenwatch being brought back as well as their new addition Fennorian. I was not a fan of one dimensional Svargrim, and I would have loved more of Rada al-Saran as he was more complex than the usual I'm evil because I love being evil villain. This was the first expansion where I felt things needed to be fleshed out more and the story cut corners and had some terrible narrative elements, but I greatly enjoyed many parts of it.
