1) shuffle/ elude will help a lot, 1 is snare immunity and the other will give you the speed to kite out of the situation much easier
2) Race against time is probably one of the best snare immunities in the game and can be used on most any build to gear effect
3) snow treaders mythic allows you to just not deal with them at all
4) swift traits and speed buffs that will allow you to more easily kite away from ice and bow snares
if your not using any of these things and you have an issue with roots then its kinda your own fault as there are many viable ways to deal with no being perma rooted. it only works so well bcs most people dont use snare immunity or speed builds.1
