I know that we can start High Isle main quest (Of Knights and Knaves) by :

• taking it in crown store
• going in High Isle and talking to Jakarn or Lady Arabelle Davaux near the wayshrine

I was wondering if there is a way to take it with a pnj in Tamriel that would avoid going to the High Islands at first? Like with Stuga/Orsinium or with Jakarn/Prologue. I really like this way to start main quests (more immersive for me).
