Starting High Isle main quest

I know that we can start High Isle main quest (Of Knights and Knaves) by :

taking it in crown store
going in High Isle and talking to Jakarn or Lady Arabelle Davaux near the wayshrine

I was wondering if there is a way to take it with a pnj in Tamriel that would avoid going to the High Islands at first? Like with Stuga/Orsinium or with Jakarn/Prologue. I really like this way to start main quests (more immersive for me).

I'm not aware of any way other than the two you mentioned. Seems to be the same for all the latest releases.
