A few days ago, I logged on like normal but things were not normal. I went into Selene's web with my guild and started noticing shadow's everywhere but they are shadows that shouldn't be there and I always have shadows turned off. Anyway I did the normal like Logged off, restarted etc. But they were still there but then I noticed they are circles that effect wherever I look but turning it really dark. After putting up with them for Selene's Web we went into Vault Of Madness and again still there (I put up with them) but when I went to Grahtwood they are also there everywhere I look. It really now effects my game and Customer Services have been working with me for days now trying to find out what it is and how to fix it and how it was caused. It's not game breaking but it's really really annoying like I've stopped playing because of it. It seems to happen when there is contrast between dark and light, to be honest it's really hard to explain. I've done numbers of amounts of troubleshooting to try fix it, also done what has been suggested by Customer Services, we are still trying to found out what it is and how to fix it. So I please ask if anyone is having a problem like this and can't resolve it or even better has resolved it then leave your comments here so Customer Services can get more information on the issue.
