EU Server can't log in any more since approx 17:42???

i wanted to re-log and now i can not log in game any more, on any of my characters, i get to zone loading screen but after 30 sec all i get is, unknown error occurred or the server took to long to respond? This now goes on for like 10 min, anyone else has this problem?
