~Secret Question Answer

Now, I may not understand your business practices, but I do know that asking Login information on Support Tickets is heavily frowned upon....

If you've checked that the e-mail is legit then providing what they asking for is a problem .. how?

If you're really that paranoid then call them.

They want to make sure that you is you. And not a bot attempting to impersonate you.

Now, the problem is more, do you know what your secret question was? I had to go and remind myself... :)
    Jord.

As I burn down and murder, I know that God forgives.
'Spite all the things I've done my soul yet forever lives.
And all those caught in the shadow of my wings have cause to fear.
I swear on all I've done, no evil shall linger here.

@KerinKor‌ - easy support personnel get paid incentives by goldsellers to help hack accounts - Easiest way ask for your secret Question on E-mail. Change login details using said secret question answer - done - account is now no longer mine...

There are many ways to make sure it is me, secret question answer that can be used to hack my account - not one of the best ones IMHO.

It would be easy for a fisher/scammer to mimic the official email while a reply would result in sending that info to the fisher. spamming a few thousand accounts for that coincidence that they put in a help request I guess would get at least a few hits. I would be much more comfortable handling the verification online through the official site or over the phone - even via txt message.
    - I just hope these fishers and scammers don't start copying these account verification emails much like they have with Blizzard.
