Warden balance

So they spend time balancing warden,a class behind a paywall and is top tier. When there are classes like mag sorcerer and both mag/stam templar that are bottom tier and really needs some adjustment. And then a couple of weeks ago they spent time balancing the khajiit, when classes like argonian and redguard exist. On purpose or not it really seems like zos is picking there favorites when balancing and create the flavor of the month istead of real balancing.

This patch is shaping up to not have a lot of adjustments and the only ones we'll see going forward are based on the changes made from week 1 or the DLC. Set your expectations correctly and begin waiting for U37... 5 months away.

I think the Warden adjustments are warranted. Not sure why you would mention the paywall thing. Thats a whatever claim. They're by no means top tier right now.

Races.. sure, but the change to Khajiit is not a balance adjustment. It appears it was done because ZOS prefers whole numbers.

Warden is literally the worst class in the game right now for dps. and it's getting worse every week of PTS. Sustain is also the worst out of all classes. your whole point makes no sense lol

Well if they mess up like they did last update and left the game even more unbalanced then it whas before, then we shuldnt have to wait 6 months for them to fix it. Name one other game that does it like this game.

Becouse they are a class that you have to buy, and the only class at the time that the devs shows atention to as of now.
Top tier in pvp, top tier healers, top tier tanks, maby not top tier dps but they are not the only one.
Im happy warden gets balanced, just saying there are other classes that also neds it an even more in some parts.

Okay, so by that mean, they are happy with where the other classes is? And its not really about balancing but what numbers ZOS prefers?

Not as dd, but as every other roles they are. As tank they are only bested by dk, as healer they are in line with templar, and in pvp its godmode.

In PvP they are good only against people that have zero awareness, their burst is so predictable that you have to fall asleep to not see it coming.
They are good only in group fight when you are distracted but if you engage them they are just average.

Well, the top performing version of Warden in PvP, just got several nerfs compared to live:
-Traded 10% damage on Deep Fissure and few other damage sources for 2% from every source of damage - Nerf.
-Traded around 2-3k of pen for 8-12% crit damage which is a nerf for PvP - Nerf
-Traded 10% crit damage+ crit healing for some damage on chill proc, not tested yet but I suspect this is also a nerf.
So over all a nerf to meta Stamden in PvP.

Most of these changes are targeted toward PVE dps where Warded is underperforming as you acknowledged yourself.
Not sure it will even do to trick.

What part about it makes no sense? There are alot of classes that are lacking in some parts, so if warden is a bad dps dosnt mean they are usless in group content. And they does all other roles just fine. So they are not top tier dps, i should have specified it more, i was talking mostly about inn pvp.

Like i said, i hope warden get balanced as a dd so its gets in line with the others. The point was just that there are other classes that also needs to be balanced out becouse they are lacking at some parts. Just annoys me when you have to wait 6 months just for them to fix and balance out stuff, and everytime they does they destroy another class.

I would like to have a reason to come back to play my Warden. These changes are not it though.

People aren't even running wardens in trials except for the position of healer. These changes aren't going to fix that either. I'm guessing zos isn't aware of this, but with naazaray being a thing, frost wardens are even less desirable. End game tanks keep up brittle on their own, consistently. So why would anyone drop an entire full dd for a brittleden that isn't needed? They won't, and wardens will still be in the digital graveyard, which is a shame because I personally love the warden class. It'd be great if zos could just accept that they're wrong, and revert changes that have been made for once.
