<snip> Anyways I was also told that Zenimax has never and will never allow accounts to transfer from platform to platform. Well to be clear I never asked for that. Ever. But yes they’ve done it before and yes you can make it happen. <snip>
Anyways I just didn’t appreciate after the time and money spent and how I’m being forced to swap platforms and start the grind over to get 16 characters up and running

Would Stadia, with base game being usually $5-$10 bring what you unlocked from PS4 onto the PC server? I’m surprised customer service didnt bring that up if it’s possible. No one at Bethesda bright that you to me when I talked about wanting to play on my Mac either.
As a paying customer you deserve a working product.

No, it's never been done before to a populated database. It happened once only for a limited time when the console servers were launched and empty. They can't do it now, or they would be able to run the PTS with both NA and EU players but each time they copy a Live server they have to wipe the PTS first. Moreover, it's strongly suspected that the contractual arrangements between ZOS, Sony and Microsoft preclude one provider from poaching customers from another provider.
Heals don’t work. You die at full health and suddenly meteors, snipes, and several other animations hit your dead toons corpse after you’ve been dead for a few seconds. A clear indicator that the lag is what’s causing all these issues.

This will happen on PC as well, regardless how much computing power you throw at it. It's a bad coded game after all ...
Hello and good day to all.
I’ve finally decided after watching console streamers that switched to pc recently…that it’s the only course of action I can take if I truly want to “play the game how I want to play”. Or more honestly how the game is actually intended to play. I’ve been on console (PlayStation) since 2017 and it’s where everyone I know plays eso. Over the years the servers have become so bad that it’s become impossible to play. I mail templars and I used to run dizzy swing builds (stamden stamsorc, stamcro). The past 18 months dizzy swing is more like doesn’t swing. Making that play style impossible on console during prime time. Well anytime really. Templars jabs end up doing a heavy attack with the javelin spear that’s not able to be cancelled by barswap either. Mainly because you just can’t barswap. Heals don’t work. You die at full health and suddenly meteors, snipes, and several other animations hit your dead toons corpse after you’ve been dead for a few seconds. A clear indicator that the lag is what’s causing all these issues. And there is no date yet for console to receive updated servers. We just know it’s happening “soon”. Like many others I’ve spent thousands of dollars on this game over a 6 year period. All of which I am forced to leave behind when I transfer to pc. Again…there just isn’t an option if I want to play the game as it’s intended to be played. And there’s no one to place the blame on but Zenimax.
I recently (9/25/2022) reached out to Zos about matching the price for the Tamrial Standard edition with what online. I even cheesed a bit and asked if I could get some exp scrolls lol. The response I received though left me feeling like I was told to go fly a kite. It was mentioned that “since I want to go play with friends on a different platform I should be willing to pay for the game in full. Let’s be clear. I don’t know anyone on pc. I’m simply trying to transition to a platform where the game works as it’s intended. Well to be fair console is terrible. It’s disgusting that we are expected to just deal with it as we have been with zero dates outlined by Zenimax. Anyways I was also told that Zenimax has never and will never allow accounts to transfer from platform to platform. Well to be clear I never asked for that. Ever. But yes they’ve done it before and yes you can make it happen.
Anyways I just didn’t appreciate after the time and money spent and how I’m being forced to swap platforms and start the grind over to get 16 characters up and running, that in politely being told to “go fly a kite” when asking them to just do me a solid and price match the base game. No bundles. No free crowns. Nothing else. Just a simple request since I’m leaving behind my old account for good.

Let's say there is a new sportscar on the market, and people buy it because the company used to sell good cars in the past. You can not really buy the car, you can only lease it and will never really be able to own it. The car looks beautiful from the outside, the interior smells nice and it sounds great. It feels great when you drive around in the city. But when you push it on a racetrack the steering wheel does not respond, the breaks do not work, and the engine dies. The car company tells you that they are working on a fix, but you will have to be patient. For years. So you keep paying the bills and drive around with your beautiful sportscar, because it just looks and feels so nice, as long as you do not drive faster than 60 miles per hour. And you can not drive on rushhour, because the car breaks down when there is too much traffic.
Who decides what "it works fine" means?
