Combat Crapness

I have forgotten how long i have had this particular bug (annoyance ) but i found myself unable to swap weapons or make my character run after being in combat. Now this isn't a debuff or stun or any other combat mechanic as the only way to resolve it is to relog and trust me it's a lot of relogs!!. I have deliberately not re-logged to see how long this effect persists and after 15 minutes decided that it wasnt me being a nooblet but a genuine problem.

Has anyone else encountered this?

    I've run into something similar. Did you try using /stuck when you realized you were moving slowly after the combat had ended?

    /stuck just kills you....it should be called "/suicide"

    When i used Dual-wield that used to happe to me. It was also impossibel to fight, none of the quickbuttons worked. After the latest patch, the slow-walking bit has disapeared, but no fighting thingy is still there. For the non-fighting bug, i click twice on "c" fast, and it works after that. But that didnt help the slow-walking bit.

    I assume you have tried unequipping and requipping weapons, removing and reslotting your skills? Could there be keyboard mapping issues if you changed the functions of buttons? Are you using addons that might be causing shennagins?

    I rarely have problems, if I do it's the occasional lag spike. Other approach is to goto the patch launcher, do the diagnosis report/repatch/repair the game. Maybe it's a corrupted file.

    Thats all I can think to do at the moment. Lemme know what you have tried, I'll try and help you figure this out until someone else smarter comes along.

    Sometimes double tapping your char sheet, esc, mail, guild (what ever button is most convenient at that point in time) will set it back; but I agree something is definitely borken.

    Only when I group in Cyrodiil do I lose function of all my action buttons but doesn't always happen mostly constant DC's and endless loading screens

    Thanks for the feedback folks.

    I didn't install any addons, I've repaired a few times and changed key mapping but still have the issue, a glimmer of hope may be from my mouse, i use a raza naga which i've had few around 2 years. The 12 buttons on the side are ideal for MMO's but maybe there's an issue with it. I bought a new keyboard which has no issues so i may need to replace the mouse.
    If this corrects the issue i will update this post in case anyone else has a similar problem. :-)
