Why don't these buildings have doors?

Some of the buildings in Vastyr don't have doors. They are like this in Amenos, too. What's going on here? I don't expect to be able to go into every building, but it seems very strange to not have even cosmetic doors anywhere on the building.

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (fully filled out with current game), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
in progress: acquiring mundus stones (currently only have the thief)
feel free to stop by and use the facilities4 -

maybe thats the bug, the doors are entirely missing this time
even when its a cosmetic door, it can still bug lolplays PC/NA
