PTS: Skyrim event - What about the last part of Daggerfall Paladin Outfit?

So, if the Event Merchant is going to have the first two parts of the Alkosh Hourglass...

...Then when do we get the third part of the Daggerfall Paladin costume, which really should come BEFORE the Alkosh Hourglass?

And when are we going to actually have the chance to get enough tickets for all three items, if we're expected to get only 2 tickets per day in the Skyrim event, and there are 20 tickets needed for the two parts of the Alkosh Hourglass, AND 15 more tickets needed for another Soulfire Dragon Illusion to convert into the Hourglass, in the long run?

We will get the last part of the costume for the alloween event if im not mistaken

IIRC there’s a High Isle event coming up as well, I presume that will have some tickets attached too.

We're getting the last part for the High Isle event at the end of September. The Greymoor event isn't going to happen until November(-ish?)

The third Daggerfall Paladin fragment will be available in the Heroes of High Isle event later this month.
