Resolving Vigor change

"Alliance War > Assault > Vigor
Resolving Vigor (morph): Reduced the healing from this morph by approximately 10%."

Why?

This is the only thing keeping my little (Bosmer) Nightblade upright when the *** matter hits the spinning blade thing.

Why was this done?

They added an additonal tick and minor resolve in update 35 without touching the healing per second from update 34.

10% is probably the fairest and most balanced nerf I've seen them do in years. Just be happy that it wasn't gutted like Rapid Regen lol. It will still be very good.

They need to take off minor resolve. Putting minor resolve on selfish vigor was yet another (indirect) nerf to sorcs who had reliable access to this buff from Bound Ageis as a one of the only good parts of their (extremely lackluster) defensive kit, which is now completely eclipsed by this heal that everyone has access to.

10% is pretty fair imo. After giving it minor resolve, a heal reduction(or a removal of minor) was needed.

10% is probably fair and balanced. I'll test this for sure, but at face value vigor is overperforming on the live server in comparison to other heals in the game.

You don't know what you are talking about. Vigor is the only reliable heal mag sorc has access to. Bound Aegis gives you minor resolve just on one bar only. And Vigor nicely complements it while you are on the other bar and heal.

Our problems far outweigh that 1 skill which is mostly a tank skill now. The whole 8% mag for slotting is eclipsed by 7% mag for slotting inner light if thats the direction you want to take. If you have room for both skills on a Mag Sorc, I question what sorcery you're using.

This couldn't be highlighted more by the fact that mag sorcs are shoehorned into shields, but shields don't get damage reduction based on blocking, so the active effect of the skill effectively does nothing but give minor protection now.

Idealy, I'd remove Stam from Bound Armaments and Mag from Bound Aegis and place hybrid buffs. Something like Crit Chance for Bound Armaments and HP on Bound Aegis would make a ton more sense, make them active instead of passive too.

While they're at it, hybrid scaling for Sorc Shields so you don't need to stack max resources anymore, the inferior way to build for damage that Mag Sorcs are stuck relying on.

Vigor far outclasses any other hot right now, that being said the removal of minor resolve would've been better imho.
