Is there a combat preview for next patch?

@ZOS_Kevin, @ZOS_GinaBruno maybe I missed it but is there or will there be a combat preview for next patch? Or is it straight to PTS after Friday?
I always enjoyed the compact version by the devs and used it as a guideline when scrolling through the patch notes it would be a shame if the combat preview was scrapped or skipped this update.

Thanks, I noticed the announcement but the preview is usually before the stream if I'm not mistaken.
Maybe they just don't bother anymore and will discuss it during the stream.0 -

The Combat Preview has typically been posted the Friday morning before the Monday that the PTS is updated (e.g. Update 33: Jan. 28; Update 34: Apr. 15). Update 35's preview was exceptionally posted on the Wednesday before (July 6), perhaps in anticipation of the reaction it would get.
It looks like they are trying to keep their established schedule of 10 weeks between Q3 and Q4, so the Combat Preview should be posted this Friday and U36 should be available on Monday.5 -

They may announce it tomorrow. Last cycle they announced U35's release date on July 5, the day before the Combat Preview was published and six days before it was put on the PTS. We're already past that point for Firesong.
PTS cycles have typically looked like this since WFH:
Friday morning: Combat Preview published on the forums (as mentioned above, U35's Combat Preview was released unusually early, on the Wednesday before)
Friday afternoon: ESO Live stream formally introducing the new DLC; often some mention is made that the PTS will be available the following Monday
Monday: PTS updates with Week 1 (e.g. 8.1.0)
second Monday: PTS updates with Week 2 (e.g. 8.1.1, typically smaller changes that didn't make it into Week 1)
third Monday: PTS updates with Week 3 (e.g. 8.1.2, typically tweaks based on testing from Week 1)
fourth Monday: PTS updates with Week 4 (e.g. 8.1.3, typically more small changes in response to prior weeks of PTS)
fifth Monday: PTS updates with Week 5 (e.g. 8.1.4, last of the major changes)
sixth Monday: no PTS update - final changes are being made and presumably the update is being sent in for certification with Stadia and the console platforms
seventh Monday: update hits live (e.g. 8.1.5), with a few changes that didn't make it into Week 5, some of which might be mentioned in the live notes (e.g. Empower not affecting medium attacks for U35)
Following that sequence, we should see U36 hit live on October 31, but that's an estimate until they formally announce it.1
