Encratis's Behemoth Shoulder Style Page Bug

Got an Encratis's Behemoth Shoulder style page today from a coffer.
It is not usable. Cannot learn the style page.
Tried putting it into bank and pulling it back out on same character, no luck.
Tried banking it and logging to another character to use, no luck.
Fully logged out and back in to use, no luck.
At least it's not consumed on attempt of use.

Is this the same upcoming incremental patch that we'll have heavy attcks fixed and refreshing path animation not dropping frame rates into low teens????

but understand how they'd want to have only 1 thread on it.
Can't see times now, but both created on August 22nd, so same day.
Pretty sure I made this one within an hour of the servers being up, since I was hoarding some keys to fill out stickerbook items and get the style page from the vendor.
I'm not sure what the link to that post is supposed to prove? I made the thread within an hour or two after the servers went back up from the patch. I even checked the first and second page in the bug reports before making the thread and didn't see any mention of the bug. I guess only a moderator could check the actual times that the threads were created.
Edit: Actually as a matter of fact, you can hover over the date and it shows the posted time. Mine was August 22, 2:38PM. Yours was August 22, 9:32PM. So, Yeah, I was right after all...Edited by N00BxV1 on September 14, 2022 5:03PM0
