Year One event was held at about this time last year. Does anyone have insight into when they're running that this fall (or whether they are skipping it)?
Undaunted event is later this week. Than a High Isle event at end of a month. They have not announced Q4 events, but we know Witches and New Life happen every year, so really only 1 unknown event left.
Undaunted event usually happens in November and they moved that one up.
It seems that this event was easier to push forward as they are not adding any new style pages to it. Which means they really only had 1 newish event planned for q3.
They will need to fill the gap left by the undaunted event so there are 3 events in q4, or just make witches festival and new life events extended ones.
I am not opposed to there being fewer but longer event cycles.
Personally I wish they would have 1 event EVERY month. Having said that I would also prefer that NO months had more than 1 event. Which means April would need looking at since it usually always has the "April Fools" event with the Anniversary event.
Even if some of the months were just the extra EXP/Gold ones I would be happy. But they need regular events to keep people interested in the game and keep coming back.
Atm with the way it is set up you can go bored for a few months (or it seems that long) with nothing new and then on the other hand you can get a double whammy (anniversary) with another one close after which leads to event fatigue - not good. They/we need some consistency for this to be a healthy game feature.

Honestly, i'd prefer less and shorter events.
During events i do not what i would like to, but what game-makers want me to do, and, as the life is short, and because of FOMO, i participate to get them tickets, postponing the activities i'd prefer to do, again, because tickets.
