With So Many Threads Being Closed Where People Need Help...Is Support helping players with...

New Content, is this for real that these threads that should be in DEV Discussions still remains here distracting people from support while others get closed?

How does support help with the issues and bugs that have yet to be released?

    Those threads are being closed for either CoC violations or they're duplicates of other threads. The mods have nothing to do other than manage the forums and relay information and clarify information to CS and TS.

    Because making 10 threads about the same thing isn't helping anyone.

    Also, sometimes there are good reasons for closing a thread, like if they totally derail and become full of insults.

    Yeah but those New Content threads belong in Dev discussion where the information was given and they already started many posts there on same issue...I don't have a problem but have seen them close many threads on people not being able to log in...and most likely caught up in a Zenimax mistake...but they can't talk or look for answers to fix it

    Well I have seen plenty where people try to de-rail innocent people from getting a simple answer, on why they can't log into game

    Again New Content should be closed for having nothing to do with helping paying customers solve their problems

    There is a game discussion forum where general discussion is far more welcome. There's also The Psijic Order, if you're a part of that, where we discuss the new content.

    P.S. If the company GOOFED yet again it shouldn't be considered talking about punishment, but I guess that's all you have in your arsenal when trying to silence innocent paying customers that need some help ;)

    Arya, the CS and forum mods are not going to post what the results of each case by case basis publicly. Period. There are channels for people to go through. I've voiced that if you cannot get to customer service after an extent amount of time, you need to file a formal complaint with your attorney general and your BBB. Especially in regards to money.

    Yes if you read these people get zero results from Zenimax support...trust me it happened to me a month ago. So where do they go for help...it's just paying customers trying to get something other that a cookie cutter response. Just because they gave me tons of gold when I finally received an answer for the mistake doesn't mean these people should suffer

    Do I need to post my discussion with the service rep and their explanation for their mistake and my compensation also.

    Lol..they will threaten me again and delete anyway sorry already tried that!

    It's an outrage that it is still happening a month later to innocent people...sorry there was no agreement that your 17,200 gold will buy my silence that was only compensation for not being able to play from YOUR mistake Zeni

    Sigh, you miss the point. Those people may have received help already. OP has not updated with a followup thread. Again, this won't be a televised thing for the masses. I'm really not sure what the point of your OP is. Were you hoping to gain some insight from the mods that they've already stated? You're not. You're not going to know if they helped everyone or no one at all. It's really none of your business since it doesn't even pertain to you. You can have sympathy all you want, but this isn't any more productive for those people in need of help than getting an RP script from a csr.

    I missed no point because he wasn't of last night...sorry and a lot of other people suffer, they just close threads and people wait for days
    The OP received a stupid Cookie Cutter message, trust me I stay in touch with some of these people...but there are so many so may not be the player your talking about

    The OP is about why certain stuff that has nothing to do with SUPPORT stays while others are being closed...just check the MILLION threads on Bot and Quest issues if you want to open your eyes to redundancy

    I have insight on Zenimax support...they don't care about most of the community only the greedy players that spam this forum with tons of threads about Bots, New Content, and Broken Quest lines...while other basic game mechanics and false punishment go ignored and closed ;)

    Sorry for double post but found it!

    Only took 24hrs for a REAL response though...and I did deserve that gold Thank You Zenimax, just please don't put others through the Nightmare I had to endure finding out the issue on my own and then not getting a real response from Customer Support without fighting tooth and nail for one!

    All I received was insults and accusation here and on FB when customer SUPPORT failed to respond after 12hrs, just absolute nothing from anyone at Zenimax support. And then another 12hrs to get resolved after fighting so hard for the first simple response for their mistake....was a troubling time for me indeed.
    But again I was right...it's really starting to get old, can't I just be wrong for once :(
