Without tithing (the circle card), I am seeing players get multiple cards from their deck to play.

✭✭✭What exactly do you mean with 'multiple cards from their deck to play'. Patron use? Tithe is not the only way to get more than 1 patron use.4 -

✭✭✭✭✭Tithe has nothing to do with drawing extra cards. Tithe allows for an extra patron use on that turn, which could be used on the Red Eagle patron in order to draw another card, but could allow for any other patron effect as well.
The crow deck in particular specializes in drawing cards to play, but other colors can do this as well, just to a lesser extent.
If you describe the specific problem you're seeing, we may be able to explain a bit better what is going on.4 -
Clyde_BlueSnake✭✭✭I can only recall on the top of mind that without the Tithe card, the Currency Exchange card from the Grandmaster Delmene Hlaalu deck also acts as Tithe but through a combo, to note it standard use doesn't let a player draw multiple cards instead allow one to remove 2 cards from the Tavern & gives about 6 coins.
