Was recently just questing. Obviously only attacking NPCs. Attacked while doing so. Then I was in a house where you can do those PvE quests for getting Alliance points (doing so because I need those for Horse speed boost as the initial Alliance quest did not give me enough to unlock the passive (nerft??)) Got killed in the building just because I was there. This is so annoying!
Why are there even PvE quests in a PvP zone? Can't I have my PvE instances there? PVP player then can do their conquest the flag, kill <amount x> of other player or play gank and greif the noob, or whatever they think is funny. Yes it is obvious that I have bad experiences with PvP. That's why I prefer PvE or Co-Op play!
The IC skyshards will be the hard to get ones.
I just grabbed all of the IC shards today on my new character. Level 15, in NoCP, and I was in all heavy armour.
Above ground and in the sewers. I just ran to each one, only fighting when I absolutely had to.
Died a few times, but was pretty easy.
Ah! I did not take the under level 50 instance into account. I was thinking of the above 50 cp servers where opposing faction players are more heavily present.

When they'd finished they turned round and killed me - spamming crystal frags.
It wasn't the damage that killed me, it was shock at the lack of etiquette

I have generally seen there to be an informal truce around fishing nodes in Cyrodiil.
Which is to say that, if you're fishing and someone of an enemy faction walks by, they will either join you in fishing (because that was their reason for being here in the first place and they are probably a PVE player looking for the fishing achievement just like you, otherwise they would be near one of the castles where the real PVP happens) or leave you alone until the fishing hole is fished out.
The MOMENT it's fished out, though, beware... I got murdered the moment I finished a fishing hole and started to move to run to another one, by a character who had stood there letting me fish until the first fishing hole was done... and this was an EP character murdering my DC character at the Ocean fishing holes, of which there are only four and they're all right down near the AD base, so I had to ride all the way back at a later time to complete the achievement...
There's PVP in the PVP zone....
wear some stealth gear, go slowly. Or just accept that you'll die on occasion. There's literally zero penalty for dying in Cyrodiil. And while you lose some Telvar if you die in IC, if you're not farming for it, you don't have any on you to lose.
Really don't understand the problem...
(...and I'm not really into PVP... ever since the 2 friends of mine who did enjoy it a ton left the game due to it's performance. I enjoyed our 3-man group out there)

Hello!
First of all: Don't get me wrong. ESO is a MMORPG which means playing in a group is encouraged.
But we also know that ESO made the move towards story content for Single players, MAYBE because the developers realized that a big chunk of their customers are fans of the single player Elder Scroll games, so they might like ESO more if it plays and feels a bit more like those games.
And yes, I am one of them. And I just play ESO to have some Elder Scroll content till I wait for the next Solo player Elder Scroll game.
And yes I play ESO with friends, if possible. But as everyone of us has a job and some have a family and kids, it happens that we end up playing ESO solo.
So while playing solo, I experienced that there is certain content that is simply undoable without playing in a group. And I especially mean those bosses that have a game mechanic that makes them only beatable if you play in a group. That Undead Pirate Captain would be one example.
Then I don' understand why some Sky Shards in Cyrodiil are placed in parts of the map that are close to impossible to reach for solo players.
I have especially 2 in mind that are on the territory of the Ebonheart Pact. The only way you could reach them is if the last 2 gates before their "home bases" would be open. And that might be barely the case and would required pretty much a 24/7 observation, to be there at the right moment.
I mean playing solo already has it's "penalties" like you never get through a dungeon as fast as with a group. And using trading guilds is still the fastest way to make some big piles of gold in a short time.
So I would really appreciate it if any content would be doable solo. It would still not take any benefits away from group play!
Sorry if this sounds saur or I issued an unpopular opinion. So don't troll or bash me to hard, ok? ;-)
