Can’t access character in Reapers March…constant grey screens

My main character which is my crafter, scrying toon, that has most of my gold on it, that also has my raid gear sets on it for everything I do is locked in Reapers March and I can not access it. Which means I can’t runs in groups, can’t scry anything. Can’t buy crap now. And I can’t make new gear. I’ve deleted backups, logged onto every single for other toon just fine, restarted PlayStation. Nothing is working. And it’s starting to get aggravating.
