Why does this antiquity have 3 codex entries? I have 2 and was looking to purchase more, but now it seems I have to find another just to do that!?

I have been trying to get a second one of these, but the system hasn't been kind to me. Bloodknights in Greymore Keep seem to be the consensus best place to farm it.0
