Why does this antiquity have 3 codex entries? I have 2 and was looking to purchase more, but now it seems I have to find another just to do that!?

Anyone know a place with great drop odds for it?

    I got the lead during 1h of hunting at Greymoor Keep in Blackreach, dropped from the Bloodknights.

    Several antiquities have 3 codex entries, some are more difficult to farm than others

    Most antiquities have 3 entries, the exception being items that take more than 5 parts.

    I have been trying to get a second one of these, but the system hasn't been kind to me. Bloodknights in Greymore Keep seem to be the consensus best place to farm it.
