- Yep.. so whatever abomination of changes they have planned for NB, Sorc and Warden is what we're stuck with for 3 months.
- Looks like they have no plans to touch Templar's despite the overwhelming negative feedback for Puncturing Strikes.
- They probably won't change Empower from Heavy Attack to Fully Charged Heavy Attack so look forward to 3 months of a Medium weave meta.
- High likelihood they won't actually apply the 14% dps standard across all aoe dots, leaving them with undervalued numbers.
- Willing to bet they don't look at healing over time standards that have costs and hps ranging all over the place.
- No adjustments to the hybrid changes from the last fiew patches.. still waiting on Spell and Weapon Crit to be combined, as well as Weapon and Spell Damage.
- What happened to reducing the time we stare at our bars? From my point of view, rotations are more complicated than ever. 10s, 15s, 18s, 20s, 22s, 24s, 30s... then we have self buffs that weren't adjusted at all sitting at 20s, 24s, 25s, 30s, 33s, 40s.
- Fixed Flurry and Puncturing Strikes scaling, status effect chance and proc conditions, nope.
- What about all the sets and skills that now have the new and improved PVE heavy attack buff, Empower that have become completely redundant in pvp?
- What about the reduced tick frequency from damage across the board, good luck proccing conditions for Crit Surge or niche sets that require constant uptime of specific damage types and a low % chance to see any worth.
I can't remember a single time they had these many issues to resolve and actually pulled through on Week 5. I'm usually optimistic, but ZOS is testing my patience at this point. The moment the PTS dropped my interest in playing live went from neutral to no thanks, not sure anything on week 5 will bring me to a point where I would consider playing the next 3 months.
The main focuses in Update 35 are twofold: improving accessibility to the game’s combat by increasing the duration of outgoing ability effects (such as damage over time, buffs, and debuffs) and a continuation of the attempt to quell some of the obscene damage production at the high end. Let’s start by breaking apart some of the fundamental realities of ESO today.
I don't know how they can fix it or if they should even try.

It's only a 2 month long patch anyway, the 4th dlc is usually out at the end of october or behinning of november, so it'l be a time for some interesting stuff to try out. One week of august and then September and October before the new zone patch drops.
No need to be freaking out like some people seem to be... It's contagious and somewhat embarrassing how people are just parroting all of this 'apocalyptic' talk.

Maybe the problem is that you don't have much of a clue when it comes to combat because if you were an endgame player, you would know how bad weaving medium attacks is. How boring heavy attack builds are and why the fu would I want to see Restostaff dds?
Toxic positivity is what's bringing this game down. It's the reason they do what they want and why the game is going downhill. If you have no clue about game mechanics than don't judge people that do and care. No everyone is a casual player.
Best thing is that you casual guys will suffer the most this patch. Have fun trying to get into endgame.
