Can't even log into the game...

PS4/5, NA. Why does every Chapter launch always have to be an inaccessible/unplayable disaster? I literally can't even reach the Character Select screen. This the "game" I'm going to be playing all day; the "Keep Trying to reach the Character Selection Screen, haha!" game?

Can you guys PLEASE stabilize your game just a little bit, for a little while? Very frustrating. Very depressing. Spend a bunch of money on something, it gets released, but am still unable to access it because of being locked out of the whole game, greeted by a million "Connection to server timed out. Please try again later." messages...

Having the same issue, I verifed my net work is fine and I can log in to other games online no issues. when loging in to ESO I get a server time out message please try again later.

This is also an issue for Xbox! They seemingly reintroduced a bug that prevents you from connecting to the server. Xbox players have had these issues since LAST YEAR and there has never been an acknowledgement that the severs are not connecting for some console players.

I've created multiple threads. This one links to many other threads with the same issue, none acknowledged as a problem that needs fixing.

I have friends who can't sign on reliably. Sometimes it takes me multiple attempts to get to the character select screen. It is not my IP or Xbox because everything else BUT ESO works. And thread after thread posted to forums and ignored because console players don't deserve nice things, I guess?
