Hello,
for context: I'm playing with two of my friends in ESO who just started out. I'd like to do random dungeons peacefully and at our own pace without having a 4rd player skip half the map etc. etc. Is there a way to do that? I know I can go into specific dungeons and simply have a companion as the fourth slot, but I don't want to force them to omit the bonuses RND's give. Any ideas or should I just beat it?

Why queue at all? You can just go to the dungeon
You can just the 3 of you walk right in the front door without Queue'n at all...

That being [snip] move aside, isn't group finder supposed to find a replacement in that case?

Walking / porting directly to dungeon work but not for the rnd reward.Aight, so what you guys are saying is I can simply walk into a dungeon with the other guys and it will count the rewards? Also yes I did consider kicking the fourth random guy but the immeasurable guilt would kill me
