I didn't understand support

Didn't understand what support wants from me. Question Reference # 140425-040352. Described the problem, support asked to provide additional information, and I do not understand why all the data needed to solve this problem - it is not a financial one. Provided data, the answer to one question has not provided since forgotten it and pointed out that in response, and asked what to do in this case. Support re-sent the same questions in the same template. I replied that I had already answered their questions and they are quoted my answers in they message. Now they are silent. Maybe some of the ZoS community managers answer about the status of my ticket?

Second problem - Question Reference # 140425-040093. Two different people answered on my question same. But answer not solve trouble - there is a bug. In Coldharbour Daedroth Larder didn't work. Afted killing bosses nothing - no achievement and nothing completed boss lair. Try it three times in two days. People says problem persists ten days. Do you know about this bug?

    I got the double response at the same time in the same email from CS too. Was weird, one was role playing the other wasn't. Both equally unhelpful!

    They ask for additional information, even though they don't need the info. So that the customer service response times look half decent. The initial reply will be within 48 hours, however once you reply to the email it will take 5-6 days before you hear from them again.
