The damage of the monsters.... yes yes , And the damage of the monsters? If you want to raise the "floor", and you do not touch the damage of the monsters with the amount of healing nerfed, you are only shortening the life of the monsters and not raising the floor, because they will try to heal and die. This change is half done, the DAMAGE remains to be touched, it is more important than the monster's own life, if you can heal and survive taking 1 more minute and winning, it is better than dying at 30s...... but in addition to the normal monsters or mini boses nothing is said? , there is someone who does a lot of damage and has great life... so someone "new" will die sooner than now, will receive more damage than now and will do less damage than now.... To play the PVE, you have to touch ALL pve, monster health (ALL), and monster damage (ALL), don't create halfway upgrades.

    You heal 2k per 2 seconds , the boss hit you 5k per second..... houston we have a problem... new players = RIP , because if they have less healing and damage than now and the boses have the same damage and defense only less life, it is useless, because they will die before the live server, where the "elevation of the floor" is

    And this doesn't even take into consideration of stacking damage, a boss might put a bleed or other DoT on you while also hitting you. Or DoTs/AoEs which tick for a fraction of a second instead of 1s; e.g. Maelstrom in Dreadsail Reef ticking per 300ms.

    The "sticky" heals were left nerfed to make PVP happy. They have been complaining about healing "stacks" for ages.

    100 k DPS and 2x HP of boss or 50k DPs and X HP of boss = the same thing.

    Do not understand the reason of change but ... ok. Do not like 24seconds dots on dk with 15 seconds other skills, do not like that 1 more unique skill was taken away from DK - now moltan armaments looks more like lose of damage. ZOS love nb and sorcs - so just will make NB HA character - and just get much better DPS ... ok.

    Some not logickally understandable changes again.

    They nerfed dps for PvE
    They nerfed hps for PvP. with the lower dps pvp would be a disaster if hps was unchanged.

    from their dev comment:
    Neither of the adjustments should make healing in PvE environments terribly difficult either, as there is an overabundance of over-healing in those encounters, and the boost to Area of Effect-based Healing over Time should help improve some skill options.

    they literally thought it wouldn't affect PvE because over healing. this is one of the huge killers of "trust" in this update. anyone who actually does the content knows how faulty this thinking is and how wrong it is.

    I can't think of a better way to say you don't do HM trials without saying you don't do HM trials.

    Do not like reworks - now on DK i have 15-20/18/24 seconds skills ... . It is some thing players have to be happy ?

    I am not. One more unique skill was removed.
    Now we have:
    DK lose wings, moltan armaments - now is not unique buff.

    DK is officially - fire bot worst designed class in the game.

    You just can take NB or Sorc and have all the same but better ! With unique skills added to all this.

    How was thingth made in this game last years ?

    Ok if you balance thingth and make Moltan Armametnts standart skill - why streak and invis are in game ???

    NB is tanky has a good damage + invis.
    The same for sorc - one of the fattest class in PVP with good all - mobility / sustain damage. He can even infinetly heal by abusing assylum sword and shield - so for sorc healing is some thing he not spend resources - but get resources by healing and shielding. And with all this - they took away DK unique skill.

    Nice logick.

    The same as nerfing DPS and bosses HP. The same bad by the way.

    They complained about STACKING many instances of the same heal. Usually you don't have more than 2 healers in PvE anyway.

    The overhealing thing is funny too, because Spell Power Cure, one of the most widely used set on PvE healers, works off of over healing. Are they saying Major Courage needs to go?
