Please please please just scrap this set.
Its useless for PVE but it will destroy PVP, stripping a Major and Minor Buff every 2 secs hard counters half the game.
Potion buffs will be unreliable, lots of buff sets will be unreliable.
This patch (with all its flaws) was supposed to make buff upkeep easier, this set will single handedly make it much worse.
Instead of watching my skill timers I will have to watch skill timers AND my Major/Minor buffs to see if they got deleted or not.
This set goes directly against the design of this patch!
This set should not have made it past the drawing board.

Make it apply the opposite debuff to a buff the target has. Maybe it would force a decision to actually purge again as less people do since release of Plague Breaker and certainly less purge with DOTs being so weak.1 -

This is a much better idea! Allow it to copy a buff from someone else, or move a debuff from you to someone else.
Now that could be really interesting set instead of just:
"That constant buff management you already work on? Nope, screw you!"1 -
FrankonPC✭✭✭✭✭This set as a single target debuff set would be interesting and a lot more in line. Increasing the cooldown and debuff only would be pretty cool, or have it copy other people's buffs randomly like mentioned.

Melivar✭✭✭✭I don't particularly like the idea of this set as it's more likely to cause me harm than something I would take advantage of on a primarily PVP healer.
However it will certainly have some uses that I can't totally discount such as TTK when used to full benefit buy a small group but most likely to be abused by the ball group types that don't particularly need the extra help.
It will be a good way for non full time pvp groups to deal with the trolly, tanky types who aren't necessarily concerned with killing people but just want to tower hump and delay any potential swings in the map or look impressive on twitch.
Overall I can see both sides of the argument for and against more so with the 2s cooldown. How much do you extend the cooldown before it becomes totally useless.0 -

But seriously. It's the same as when DC and the other set came out to where they were going to break basic known mechanics to allow these sets to be able to CC after a pull. It's not about balance at this point. It's about destroying mechanics that are in place to avoid fun crushing gameplay. I don't want to be watching buffs trying to see which 1 randomly drops every 2 seconds. Even more so if it's on a potion I have to wait 40 more seconds to get back only for it to be susceptible to go again.1 -

they need to scrap it and make it do something else. make it apply a silence or something idk. anything else.
