Hemorrhaging, is it in the In-game help menu?

For explanation on status effects, I always use the in-game help windows (F1). However, I cannot seem to find any mention of the hemorrhaging status effect... What does it do? does it do damage or is it a debuff?

Since I play Warden, I feel like I should know what one of my primary status effects does

Am I just overlooking it? or is it genuinely not there?

Unrelated to the effect being in the help menus but haemorrhage is the most overloaded status effect pvp wise it's a bleed dot and minor mangle 10% reduced hp to the target is pretty much 2k+ free dmg everytime it procs usually more since we are in a high health meta

its even more potent in pve

there are some elite enemies which can still be affected by it that have 1.5 mil hp, that is removing 150k hp with the mangle effectively as long as it stays up lol
