As a console player, I can't say yet because I don't have access to the PTS.
My overall thinking is "wait and see", but I don't see this being something that ruins the game for me. I'm not supportive of the patch, but will reserve final judgement until I experience the final changes.
My warden main is a generalist who mostly heals and does overland. I'm not a progression player, so I don't think the impact will be as deep for me as it would be for others. The latest patch notes don't scare me as much as the original proposition, so I'll most likely just adjust as needed. I have at least one of each class, so I'll be able to play whatever is BIS. My two backup mains are a Dark Elf Nightblade and High Elf Templar, so I think I'll be covered.
No update has ever affected the time I spend in the game. I'm baffled that people get in such a tizzy over them.

Raid comp might shift to more necros (which is already meta) and more NBs instead of "for fun" classes like wardens and templars but I foresee no real change in my daily life in ESO as an end game raider. We still have every intention of getting Swashbuckler. Business as usual on that end. Plus every patch the houses and furniture keeps getting better and better so I'm definably staying for that as well. The story isn't bad either. I want more adventures with cute druids.
