Ok so I'll be the first to admit, I've been harsh on your pattern for Combat Balance and I will probably not change that on that fact that I think that these constant balance pendulum swings are exhausting and will point the game in a self destructive direction.
BUT.
Have you thought about doing maybe a behind the scenes type deal where you show what goes into a balance patch, this patch you said that "80 hours of Testing" went into it, what did that look like. When you receive in-game feedback or feedback on the forums, how is that processed? How does the team get to the point where thy are going to make a big change and how do you test that, is it in a vacuum or do you load it up with all these other changes?
I think there would be a much harsh environment on the PTS, if we understood how you came to the conclusion, other than you just got there, which you are the Devs, you're going to do what you're going to do. But I think there needs to be some sort of Transparency beyond some Developer Notes. Let us know your Design Process and how you plan to move forward.
