Is this happening on more then one character?

We have two help articles linked below that go over how to uninstall or remove add-ons that you're currently using. This may help with some NPC and quest issues.

Same thing is happenning to me. The base item is there, the interaction prompt appears, but Cadwell never does. It happens in all the houses I've tried it in, on all characters. I'm on Xbox EU so nothing to do with add-ons.
