It will be ignored regardless, I'm afraid. ZOS needs a few more updates to study the horrible effects of every bad decision they make, and then they'll do a pass addressing those problems they've created which will in turn lead to other problems.
This is the pattern of poor planning and no coherent vision.
I am a HUGE BIG bad wolf and when I thump you errr .... Why you no fall down? I guess my claws are good for popping that pimple on your bosmer butt!

So far as the OP: I used to love running WW, but its heyday is a distant memory. Prior to this patch, it was already not worth playing, save for RP. This patch further solidifies its dumpster grade DPS.
A funny thing happened the other day: I had the WW ultimate slotted for a BG to see how the regen played out. I thought I'd swapped bars, but when I dropped my ultimate, I accidentally triggered the WW transform. My first feeling was embarrassment. I quickly transformed back- first because I didn't want to run such a weak form, and second because I felt like a total noob simply for having it on my bar at all.

Current PTS changes look not healthy at all and may be it is simple to make another solution to current problems.

So unfortunately, like I previously mentioned in the post, unlike other classes/subclasses), damage that werewolf loses cannot be made up in most cases. We can’t substitute skills, a limited amount of sets apply additionally to use vs what we already use, etc.

This looks pretty OK to me on PTS. Not a great parse, someone would probably be able to get it to 100k with more practice.

I'm sure they have a plan already in the works. It's early pts still.

This is a good Parse, I would be aware on the Trial Dummy they did add Major Slayer and Minor Courage.
You do already have the Minor Courage via Oaken Soul, but you did have that extra Increase to Weapon Damage and Spell Damage by 430.
Werewolf that effects less since Lights and Heavies got hit but it does boost everything else.
like I said, you had a good Parse I just wanted to make sure that you are aware of the Trial Dummy Buff so you aren't surprised when it's lower in practice.

How much do you have on live, pts is not yet everywhere
