We are stuck on the last part that says 'Talk to Keeper Cirion'. He won't budge at all. Final binding stone in the middle is unresponsive as well.
Used the search function and I end up with dozens maybe hundreds of threads saying this dungeon is riddled with bugs. Still not fixed then I guess? Apparantly bugged for almost a month now!

Brakkar✭✭✭I've done this vr and had the last boss bug in various ways, even more stresful than what you described. I have to ask you this, did all of your party members try to interact with the shard?
I did this dungeon with same party at least a few times last week and every time a random person was assigned by system to interact with the shards.0
