Need help with outfit/armor styles

I am on the PTS and looking for an item that lets you learn all outfit styles, is there an item like this?

ghost_bg_ESO✭✭✭✭i don't have idea if there is item to learn absolutely all styles (as i don't care much about them)
template character has a lot + things in inventory - at character creation > upper left corner > max cp.0 -

Yeah I've tried that, I can find all recipes,survey,s sets and pretty much everything in the game but nothing regarding outfit styles0 -

Edit: also there was some holiday pack where i've seen some masks

Even not all "normal" are unlocked, for example I dont have Skinchanger unlocked. Nor any "special" like BG, or the knight sets.0
