All DOT sets nerfed?

I know about Plaguebreak. I deal 45-50% less now on the target dummy due to the DOT nerf. But testing I have now tested Plague-Slinger, Unleashed and Scavenging demise and all have less DPS. The tool tips are also less by about 15%.
Has anyone else experienced this?

✭✭✭There some ninja nerfs not in the patch notes like caluurion, wouldn't be suprised if dot sets got hit too.1 -
SalamanNZ✭✭✭I have tried on my DK's (Stam and Mag), StamDen, StamSorc (Without Crystal weapon) and Magblade.
Im talking purely the sets. Both DOT or Proc sets(which cause a DOT).
