I read the notes and knew it would be rubbish, since they nerfed my dots and my heavy attacks which is crucial to my PvE playstyle. Of course, I had to test it to be sure. After testing for two days, combat is very dull and my damage just isn't where it needs to be to even be decent in Vet dungeons.
If this goes live, I'm going to go anonymous on ESOlogs and will probably stop playing DPS in vet content.
Zos keeps saying they want to reduce the difference between high and low dps, then they implement a strategy that does exactly the opposite.

2) Fundamentally misunderstand what the changes do. Some people who are bad at weaving or have poor dps in general are convinced this change means their damage will go up and content will be easier for them. All testing on pts so far indicates otherwise.
