For the Oakensoul Stam Sorc build, which has been using frags and NOT crystal weapons:
For the current patch, I deal 97k DPS on the trial dummy. In the PTS, the same build with no changes deals 75k DPS on the trial dummy. After switching some skills around, it deals 82k DPS.

For the Magplar build:
For the current patch, I deal 110k DPS on the trial dummy. In the PTS, the same build with no changes deals 95k DPS on the trial dummy. After switching some skills around, it deals 100k DPS.

For the Stamden build:
For the current patch, I deal 115k DPS on the trial dummy. In the PTS, the same build with no changes deals 88k DPS on the trial dummy. After switching some skills around, it deals 93k DPS.

It seems, at least for my purposes and builds, with all the changes it's about a 20k DPS loss across the board, regardless of build. Magplar being an exception here, with a 15k DPS loss, or 10k after changing skills around.

So the class with the much worse healing and utility out of the 3 you tested also has the lowest damage. Great.

    btw from patch notes:

Adjusted Target Dummies with raid buffs with the following changes:
Adjusted the Crusher Enchant on Target Dummies to mirror an Infused value, rather than an Infused + Torug's Pact value.
Engulfing Flames now matches the proper 6% maximum value, down from the old 10%.
Alkosh's Roar is now the maximum 6000 Armor reduction, up from the old 3010 value.
Attackers now gain Minor Courage and Major Slayer when hitting the targets.
    Developer Comment:
    Spoiler
Note that this may create a situation where your damage seems to have gone up in comparison to other patches, when in reality it is merely closer to a coordinated group environment where these powerful bonuses were being brought. We have tried to focus on important buffs and debuffs that we see a large majority of groups build around, rather than every possible buff and debuff, as many of them are not able to be ran in tandem with one another or require more specific builds to be brought to a composition.

That seems to be pretty much on point, considering ZOS intended an overall 10-20% DPS nerf this patch.

Your numbers on Stamden do indicate that the loss of the Damage Done passive was a bit too much, though. Something else needs to be adjusted to bring up the damage just a tad.

ZOS probably intends for players to equip less buffs/debuffs/sets/mundus to increase penetration, and instead put that into Weapon/Spell Damage.

Which skills did you start out with and change to for the dps increase?

Any chance you could share those Magplar parses? Really interested in seeing those.

Your oakensoul magplar setup included sea serpents coil? Didn't think you could run 2 mythics...

@adamsmith42 I was confused with this, too, but after re-reading it is evident that only the stam sorc is oakensoul.

As @ghost_bg_ESO pointed out, bear in mind that you can't compare PTS dummy results with live dummy results because the PTS dummy provides Major Slayer where the live one doesn't.

This is a very substantial difference that will 'inflate' the PTS results.

100% by design, in my opinion.

Is hard not to be cynical about it, yes. I personally have failed on this regard.

Just multiply my results by .1. .1 of anything with a 0 at the end is the number but without the zero. For example, .1 of 82,000 is 8200. So the results are 73,800 --- 90,000 --- 83,700. Which is obviously much worse than before, so rather than a 20k decrease, it's more like a 30k average decrease. Which also seems like the consensus across the board with other players.
