Where is buff to Elf Bane?

I was wondering since the durations of abilities increased, will we get a buff to Elf Bane?
"Elf Bane" increases the duration of fire abilities by 5 seconds.
Which was nice previously due to abilities being at least somewhat low duration.
But recent changes made this set absolutely obsolete in terms of usefulness.

OolongSnakeTea✭✭✭✭Honestly any sets that extend, and these 'light attack' sets should be adjusted if light attacks are being adjusted like this.
