sofar tested it in two different scenarios.
- normal Earthern Root Dungeon, first trash pack
- veteran Dreadsailreef, first trash pack
The Guardian
first thing to mention is, that the ingame timer doesnt reflect exactly when the guardian dies, the timer keeps running for between 2-5 seconds
in a fightscenario it is more or less impossible to observe the guardian
micromanaging the guardian on pts felt like a chore, on live you recast it if possible after 8 seconds for a corpse to turn into ultimate.
without addons i wasnt able to tell if and how much dmg my guardian took or if it was even alive.

without companion/pet icons i wasnt able to tell where my guardian is, or if he is alive
for the most part it didnt die before the duration ended, but well it was normal

without companion/pet icons i was even less able to tell where my guardian is, or if he is alive than in earthern root.
installed bandits companion and pet addon for this try, hp seemed to be desynced, 1-3seconds delay
the guardian died after 3-6 seconds, making it unviable or too unreliable, considering that this is not even a high dmg situation like bahsei&atros
The Scythe
While the Scythe Hot technically got a buff it doesnt feel that way, ticking every 2 seconds.
i recall a situation tanking lylanar& turlassil hm. the heavy attacks of both bosses and the atros apply a healdebuff, that needs to be outhealed before you gain any health back.
in 1,8 seconds i took ~47.000 dmg from 14 different ticks of dmg.
a hot that ticks every 2 seconds is straight useless in that situation and there are many alike.
my wish is to revert these changes, or at least give the guardian 4 or 5 times its hp. as of pts from a tankperspective the guardian did become useless and another forgotten skill
