Everything looks good but overtuned.

Surprise doesn’t need guaranteed critical strike. It’s already a loaded skill. If you want guaranteed critical strikes roll a vampire and use that spammable.

Concealed weapon should be 200 spell damage or minor courage to group and self.

Dark cloak should last 10 seconds and heal every 2 seconds at 20% hp missing health. This would be 10% in pvp. At the moment you can boast this heal to 30%++ missing health per second with ease, and that’s every 1 second. Pair this with the undeath passive and magblade will be extremely hard to take down in pvp. If anything it should scale with weapon or spell damage and be a number not a percentage. The heal is very very strong on top of all the other HOTs. When you cast this at low health the heal happens instantly.

Lastly mark shouldn’t ignore battle spirit...

    Dark cloak is a tank oriented skill don't take the only viable HoT from it, I can't at will kill a mob with reapers mark when I need the healing nor make use of syphoning striek or sustain using malevolent offering wich heal for even less

    Yet another QoL nerf. :(

    Taking away the Concealed Weapon speed boost makes my nightblade thief Grumpy Ex Wood Elf very, very sad.

    He may retire from his role as my principal farming character. And criminal (daily) endeavors will become less fun.

    Post your build please. What mobs are doing so much damage you need this kind of heal on a tank?

    Vet dungeon boss and trials maybe? Tried to rely only on a healer for Cloudrest gryphon bleeding DoT?

    beside its passive like major resolve + minor protection on the morph helps

    And further more if it wasn't tank oriented the previous iteration healing wouldn't be based on a max hp basis

    We already had S&B skill that gave some damage to tank be changed to catter DD where rewarding blocking to deal extra damage is now entirely changed to make skill damage scale with WD (like any decent DD is using S&B in the first place...)

    I really don't understand healing is so high you should be able to rely on a healer. Aren't you supposed to dodge the bleed as much as you can? We need to be honest, the healing on this dark cloak is extremely high...how much should it be? 100%? 50%? Should you never die or feel like you do not need rely on a healer?

    You can only dodge so many time before being entirely out of stam, and you will still get a massive 15k DPS dot on you and with adds hitting DPS the chance to be hit by radiant regen gets pretty low as the smart heal wil prioritise people with less max HP than you do

    Just no to SD/WD scaling, im fine with tuning down the healing but if I have to drop block to get a measely 2k via syphonning or get 2k every 2s via refreshing path/swallow soul then loosing the healer for whatever reason means a guaranteed wipe when you take 5-7k damage through blocking

    Tank have it already bad in overland with extremely long kill times we don't need to make their core role harder by making their only true healing source be from a dedicated healer following them around and as NB your only good healing IS dark cloak

    Malevolent is too hard on sustain, refreshing path doesn't do enough, swallow souls ticks only once every 2s

    The new dark cloak is a step in the wrong direction. Tanks need bursty and reliable healing. They don't need a heal that is only strong when they are at 50% health. If you are at 50% health you're probably going to die from the next thing that hits you. You don't have time to wait for a week HoT to heal you. Nevermind the fact that dark cloak can't even top you off it now just gets weaker and weaker as you heal meaning you hover around 75% of your max health but never really get to 100% without outside help or other healing abilities.
    Why does every other class get heals that scale with health but NB gets reverted to a heal based on Missing health?

    Any decent NB parse here? I heard the new SA buff has a bug cause you can not always critical targets when flanking
