Should you always turn War Drum and Fortify into Writ of Coin or are there situations where you should keep them for combos?

PinkApple✭✭✭I have maintained rank 1 on NA PC for the majority of both seasons, and almost always replace both my power cards as fast as possible.
If I managed to pick up an early midnight raid I will keep my black starter card, and if I picked up 2 red cards like reinforcements+siege weapon volley I will keep the fortify. Outside of these scenarios, I place super high priority on removing these cards from my deck whether that be with the treasury or with ragpicker/bonfire etc.

Qrähe✭✭✭The only other time I don't do it it is if my opponent has a split in their power cards and only gets 1 turn 1 and hundings is in play. Then I'll patron hundings turn 1, after that I'll treasury them. This is especially nice if I see a good 4 cost and I want it.0
